Program Management
CIG manages the planning, design and construction phases of projects requiring complex and unique delivery models that many owners do not have time or experience to successfully undertake. When owners require Construction Management for multiple projects it is referred to as Program Management.
CIG delivers Program Management services to both public and private owners. We have the experience and capacity to manage single construction projects as well as programs with multiple projects and phases on a single site or several sites. As Program Manager, we become responsible for the entire program and projects. With each project having different requirements and unique delivery needs, our services encompass all phases of construction.
