- Assist in Managing Permit Process
- Manage All Necessary Utility Clearances
- Inspect and Photograph Each Property Before and After Demolition
Monitoring and Recordkeeping
- Establish Objectives and Outcomes for the Monitoring Program
- Prepararing neccessary reports for IDIS
- Provide Quarterly HUD Reports
- Prepare Performance Measure Report on Routine Basis
Sub Recipients and Developers
- Collect all Necessary Data from Sub recipients and Developers as Required by
- HUD Regulations

- Development of a Pipeline of Potential Home Buyers and Rental
- Ensure Rental Proformas meet Affordability Requirements
- Manage Required Homebuyer Counseling of Potential
